Coaching with LPI

The Leadership Practices Inventory ® (LPI) is a powerful 360-degree assessment tool developed by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, both at the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University, in the heart of Silicon Valley. It is based on The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® model, now recognised worldwide as the most practical model of leadership development.  The model has a great deal of empirical support, with over 35 years of research and evidence to underpin it.

The LPI helps leaders understand the extent to which they use The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership ® and engage in the 30 key behaviours that research has shown make a difference to leadership and organisational performance.   It sheds light on both how effective leaders in an organisation are and the extent to which their behaviour fosters and develops commitment, engagement, and satisfaction from those around them.  The LPI is a powerful tool that can help you to understand how others perceive you and to become a more effective leader. Over 3 million people have used the LPI to increase their understanding of how their behaviour is perceived by others and to help them develop their leadership abilities.

We offer qualified leadership coaching using the LPI as a starting point for the conversation.  Using the LPI can help you to identify your strengths and the areas that need improvement as you embark on your journey to becoming a high-performance leader.

We believe the LPI can help you and your team.  Get in touch to find out how.

Strategy 400x250

STRATEGY

It’s easy to say it and yet much harder to define. It’s even harder to do well. Strategy requires choices: what an organisation will and won’t do. It needs leaders to prioritise.

Can you clearly state what your organisation’s strategy is and how you will achieve it?

We use a proven methodology that our clients have found accessible and effective to help them explore their options and create a strategy that delivers.

ECLECTIC BY NATURE?

We are sometimes asked if we are Ecleqtiq by name and eclectic by nature.

Our areas of focus are interconnected. We believe a sound strategy is of little use without great implementation. Great implementation needs inspiring leadership, excellent decision making and negotiating skills and committed, supported and motivated people. With a lot of hard work and perhaps a little luck we’re all capable of extraordinary things.

Decision2 400x250

Do you have a process to make sure that your decisions are aligned with your priorities? Why not find out how we can help you improve the way you make decisions.
